Using state of the art, secure low bandwidth software we can, with your approval access your desktop and assist you with your local installation of EROL software, the local version of your EROL store, your email client or assist with other Ecommerce based issues on your PC.

We can only access your desktop with your permission and once logged out we cannot re enter. During the connection period you can view our actions and if you prefer we can also discuss them with your over the phone or Skype in real-time.

If needed we can also “show” you our desktop and you can follow our examples or instructions - step by step - on screen.

Our Remote Assist Service could include:

• Trouble shooting and fixing local problems with your Ecommerce application

• Completing tasks on your local desktop / pc that you might feel unable to

We charge a per connection fee of £11.25 and then £45 per hour but this billed in 15 min intervals – so the minimum cost of Remote Assist is £22.50. Payment is invoiced at 7 days net
